Geoff is highly knowledgeable and very patient. Geoff from House Inspections Melbourne has performed 2 pre-purchase inspections for me and I am very happy with the results. He is very thorough and very knowledgable, and provided some good advice for immediate repairs, and ongoing maintainance. Every defects found will receive a recommendations for repair and relevant professionals to conduct rectification.

Book your inspection online or call 1300 662 101 to arrange an appointment. We will arrange this with the agent on your behalf. Inspections are available 7 days a week.

Inspect

We will conduct an all inclusive property inspection to Australian Standards 4349.0 and prepare our findings within your detailed but easy to understand report.

Report

Reports and delivered the dame day. (No waiting for reports) Your report will cover ever aspect of the dwelling with detailed descriptions, photo's and recommendations.

Discuss

The Inspector will call you to explain and clarify the report findings in further detail. 30 minutes should be put aside for this clarification process and is strongly advised.
