Geoff is highly knowledgeable and very patient. I went through couple of properties inspection discussion with Geoff and he patiently guided me through those properties, even though i could not strike a contract on those properties. FINALLY, when i secured a property, Geoff managed to perform building and Pest inspection within 2 days finding time in his busy schedule. His report was thorough and detailed. Took me couple of reads to grasp all minute points. Report had pictorial evidence which made it easy to understand. Kudos to Geoff and his team. Will engage him for my next assignment as well.

Geoff was prompt and thorough. He was clear as to what could and could not be covered in his report. He identified some issues that had slipped by me during my pre-purchase inspection. Whilst this service was not the cheapest in the market, you generally get what you pay for and I am happy with the service. We have recently had 2 inspections done by Geoff.Each report was extremely thorough and detailed. The reports enabled us to have full knowledge of all issues with the properties.The first property had a host of underlying problems that only someone with Geoff’s experience and expertise could have alerted us to.We did not go with that property thanks to Geoff’s report.The second property that Geoff investigated for us had some issues, but the information enabled us to decide that we would still bid on it. Also giving us the knowledge of which issues needed to be fixed ASAP.I would highly recommend anyone contemplating purchasing property to get a report done by House Inspections Melbourne before you make any decisions. We engaged this company and Geoff Sharp to inspect a house we were thinking of buying on Phillip Island. A detailed and comprehensive assessment was carried out and was followed up by both a written and verbal report. This allowed us to become aware of some significant issues that while not imminently serious if they were not attended to could become so down the track.
